Remarks & Notes
In the midst of heavy wind and rainfall, the Bascule bridge guarding Reynold's Channel lowers for Penn Station-bound train 6867, exiting the Long Beach Barrier Island. The evening sun is attempting to reclaim the sky but thunderstorms continue to rule the Island.
