The newest addition to the Cass Scenic Railroad roster was Western Maryland 6, which had recently been liberated from the B&O museum in Baltimore. Heisler 6 and Shays 3 and 4 joined WM 6 in positioning for the first night photo at the 1981 railfan weekend. I’m glad that I did record this scene before nightfall, since this is the only photo that I have showing the sawmill before it burned the following year.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
