Meet Tacoma Rail's newest locomotive. TMBL 2316, one of the first GP23ECO's. Built by Progress Rail just across the road in Tacoma. This is a "trade-in" for TR's GP20 2006. Sharing the scene is another of Tacoma Rail's "green" locos, TMBL 2100 a Genset. Meanwhile, Mt Rainier is doing what it does best, looming in the background.
