Remarks & Notes

The heavy fuel oil fired 2-8-0 "Mikado" 141 R 1244 reached Zürich main station with the "Round the East Alps with steam traction only" special of IGE from Hersbruck/Germany. The locomotive pulled this train from Singen/Germany via Schaffhausen-Andelfingen-Winterthur-Kloten to Zürich HB. The locomotive, based in Brugg (AG), was built by the Montreal Locomotive Works in 1946 for the french SNCF. By the way: My first day with the new Canon 5D IV camera, shot with 6400 ISO.
