| Eastbound lite power is mere milliseconds away from crossing back into the state of West Virginia at Flat Top, passing a packed Flat Top Yard loaded with processed black diamonds. Normally this power would assemble a train here and take them to Bluefield and points east, but this power is heading for the out of service Bluestone Branch a few miles up the line to pick up autoracks that have been stored for over a year. CPL's still dominate this end of the Pocahontas Division, with their replacements patiently waiting for cutover day. |
