Union Pacific 4-6-6-4 Challenger No. 3985 is westbound east of Lodgepole, Nebraska, on October 9, 2008, on the last day of a long road trip and is heading home to Cheyenne. The many miles of “weathering” have almost make the locomotive look like it did when in regular service!
