Remarks & Notes

As dark envelopes the Yard in black pouring rain, the Engineer reluctantly returns to his charge, New Haven No. 3025. He will climb aboard, release the brake, tug the throttle and to put the big beast back in it's barn. Home, warm, dry and safe, cannot come soon enough. Valley Railroad in Essex CT.
