Rhapsody in blues! Thomas Worsdell designed these capable 'Y14' class (later 'J15') 0-6-0s for the Great Eastern Railway. Equally at home on passenger or freight, 289 were built over a 30 year span between 1883 and 1913 under successive Chief Engineers. No.564 was built in 1912 and had achieved a long service life of 50 years when withdrawn in 1962 and subsequently preserved. She is seen in the striking Great Eastern Railway blue livery carried in her early years.
