BNSF 5138 on the Everett-Pasco manifest takes a breather at MP 18 along Puget Sound in Edmonds, WA while a Sound Transit commuter being pushed by SNDX 907 heads north toward Everett. Just south of MP 18, BNSF remains single track for a couple miles through Edmonds. Grading for a second track has been in place for several years, but as of 2016 the track has not been put in place.
