Remarks & Notes

I left for work early with incoming snow storm. When got to Dubuque the L565, the Manchester Turn Local, was finishing his switching to lineup 338's pickup. The 2447 I shot couple days ago on 563 is working back to Waterloo via locals since the tonnage isn't heavy on the 563/565. The snow was really coming down as they finished up.
