Union Pacific GE AC4400CW No. 6940 gets some work done inside the “Wheelhouse” at the locomotive facility at North Yard in Denver, Colorado, on the long night of December 22, 2012. Built during the Rio Grande era, the building is used to do locomotive wheel work and is fully-equipped with a wheel lathe.
