| A loaded potash train comes into Savanna on the BN Aurora Sub. This is a CN haulage train that BN and CN use to run in the 90's before CN gain trackage rights over the WC. The BN and CN ran 4-6 trains a day between Chicago and Superior. CN's power was normal on these trains, but sometimes CN merger power would also run thru as seen here with the GTW. The 5937 still is on the CN active roster in 2017, and was painted into CN colors in 2012. |
