Remarks & Notes

A pair of loaded coal trains are parked on the Graham Cutoff outside of Galesburg. Lots of times the Chicago designated trains would use this cutoff to bypass the Galesburg Yard. 3-3000 horsepower units were the common power on the coal route between Lincoln and Galesburg in the 90's before AC power. Sometimes the 3rd motor would be cutoff here too if not needed for horse power east/south of here.
