| An eastbound grain train is just throttling up to depart Waterloo. The train is just passing thru the east end of double track at Waterloo called Hilltop. The Chicago Central started in December 1985, and was bought back by the IC in 1996. The IC started painting some of the CCP units before the CN bought the IC in 1999. This railroad was mainly a 4 axle railroad til some of IC's 6 axles unit started appearing in 1996. |
