| Three years ago today, the weather wasn't unseasonably warm and sunny like it is today. On Valentine's day in 2014, the Attica area is being blanketed with heavy, wet snow as Triple Crown Service train 256 negotiates the five degree curve at approximately 35 MPH -- the maximum authorized speed by Illinois Division Timetable Number 1. |
