Penn Central has been in charge for three months but nothing has really changed on the Naugatuck Valley commuter line as NH RDC 22 departs Seymour, CT, on a Waterbury-Bridgeport run. Today the EPA would not look kindly on all that black smoke! Sadly, the old station would soon be torn down to make way for a parking lot.
