Remarks & Notes

The RDC pair making up VIA's daily Vancouver Island run over CP subsidiary Equimalt & Nanaimo has reached its northern terminal, and lays over at the sturdy old Courtenay station before returning south to Victoria. In those days you could usually get a short cab ride for the asking from the friendly crew.
