The "Starling Express", passes CP South IFG on the KCS Pittsburg Sub. behind the A-B-A Southern Belle F-Units. The 12 car passenger train with 350 passengers onboard is running for David L. Starling, former KCS President and CEO who will be retiring on December 31, 2016. Starling now serves as Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer, currently Patrick J. Ottensmeyer. Both men's titles changed this past July.
