A pair of Metro North's short-lived Budd SPV-2000s glides south along the Hudson at Cold Spring, NY, on a hot and hazy summer afternoon. They're running as a Pougkeepsie to Croton-Harmon shuttle, one of the services for which they were purchased, but chronic mechanical problems made these cars unsuccessful.
