Vermont Rail System has returned 6-day-a-week service to the Green Mountain Railroad this week and on the second day, is seen with 'foreign power' in the form of Central Maine & Quebec GP38-3 #3816, trailing VTR GP40-2W 311 and GMTX SD60 9000. The CMQ 3816 is on its way from American Motive Power Inc. in Dansville, NY to delivery on the CMQ at Newport, Vermont. The train is seen crossing the Mill River on the famous hanging bridge near Cuttingsville, VT. Artificial sunlight provided by a trio of Alien Bees B1600 flash units.
