Back in 1968 it was pretty exciting when CNW purchased 7 GE U30C locomotives. These units were assigned to the former Omaha (Twin Cities Division), so it was common to spot them around Eau Claire and Altoona, WI. Here the nearly new 934 (couple to 932) and 936 mix it up with some EMDs at the Altoona roundhouse. The 934 would be wrecked, sold to New Jersey Transit, then to NdeM.
