Remarks & Notes

The FL9s up front clear their throats as a New York-bound train gets underway out of South Station in Boston. Penn Central has been in charge for a few weeks but the New Haven image remains for the moment. Today the Boston skyline has mushroomed and a web of catenary covers the tracks at this point.
