Remarks & Notes
The MILW Watertown, WI depot stands at the crossing of the MILW Chicago-Twin Cities mainline and the C&NW Clyman-Jefferson branchline. The C&NW depot is visible on the right side of the tracks in the distance in this June 1985 photo. This is now a CP-UP crossing. The MILW depot is gone today, but the C&NW depot still stands.

A cross-over structure is sometimes called a diamond junction or diamond crossing in reference to the diamond-shaped center. A diamond crossing is also used as a component of a double junction.
