The unique steam railcar CZm 1/2 # 31, built in 1902 by Emil Kessler, Esslingen/Germany, running for SBB Historic, but operated and maintained by Dampfgruppe Zürich (Steam group Zürich), suffered severe damage in Sihlbrugg on 20th february 2016, when it had a brunt to wrong parked ballast cars. Now it is repaired in the RhB works at Landquart and made a run on the never electrified and abandoned line between Otelfingen and Niederglatt, called "Schipkapass". When the line of the Nordostbahn from Bülach to Baden was opened in 1877, the name of the Schipka pass in Bulgaria was newsworthy because of severe war battles. Seldom in Switzerland, there is no "disturbing" overhead wire on this line, which is a feeder track in fact to two large fuel depots, served by the Am 843 diesellocomotive from Niederglatt. The passenger car C # 22 is of the Zürcher Museums Bahn (ZMB) and based in Sihlwald.
