Remarks & Notes
SSW 7292 West is passing through the small community of Guadalupe between Victoria and Placedo on the Port Lavaca Sub. This area has changed quite a bit with the widening of the adjacent highway US-87. The silos and industry at the left edge of the frame are long gone, with the northbound lanes of US-87 taking their place. The power on this train is typical of Union Pacific's early post-SP era, with a mix of SSW, Rio Grande, Conrail Leasing and UP units.
