Secondary Line Operation
Going by track warrant rules, the West- End dispatcher had giving a track authority for the NS 165 ((Linwood,NC- Knoxville,TN) to proceed out of the siding from Control Point (CP) Hodges at the milepost 110.2A to Lizzie at the milepost 122.2A on the NS Bristol Line to Knoxville, TN to total of 12 rail miles. Once the train get near Lizzie, the crew will tone up the dispatcher, and report back that the 12 miles track authority limits has been cleared, and the crew on the NS 165 with the Nickle Plate Heritage Unit will get further instruction by the Sevier Yard Tower to proceed into Sevier Yard ending a long journey for this crew from Bristol, TN.
