On March 15th Union Pacific brought out the refurbished/upgraded rotary for some testing. The Truckee MoW employees loaded up the #1 track with snow from East Norden up to the 'Big Hole'. The weather was perfect and a few photographers got the chance to shoot the rotary in action...under controlled environment.
