Service Island: UP's Winona operation is interesting because they only own about a mile of track in this area, making it an island from the rest of their system. All their car are either delivered by the CP, or LTA42 which runs on trackage rights on the CP River and Tomah Subs for almost its entire route. Here the power for the outbound train sits by the depot, ready to go. Taken while off duty, wearing full PPE.
