Wrapped in the Canada 150 scheme(although not really visible in the shot), VIA Rail 15, "The Ocean" is westbound, as they head by the east end of Painsec Jct, approaching it's next station stop and crew change at Moncton, New Brunswick.
Motive Power Industries and GMD of Canada have rebuilt the EMD F40PH. These rebuild F40s are slowly fading, but some can be seen in California and Canada.
