At Bethayres, PA, the SEPTA diesel powered line to Newtown, PA crossed the electrified West Trenton Line at a diamond. On a nice spring morning in 1981, a 2 car RDC train from Newtown is about to bang across the diamond. Diesel service to Newtown ended in 1983 and much of the line is a hiking trail today
