The "Spirit of America" leads a southbound coal train through Speers Ferry, Va. on the ex-Clinchfield. The bridge crosses highway 58/23/421 (background) and the ex-Southern's Appalachia Division rails (foreground). The north portal to Clinch Mountain tunnel is just ahead.
