Remarks & Notes 
Richmond Deepwater Marine Terminal DE44 44-ton center-cab switcher was built by Davenport Locomotive Works in 1939. The 44 tonner was operated by Sims Metal before being acquired by the Old Dominion Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society. It is currently being stored at the Hallsboro rail yard.
