Union Tank Car's Altoona facility keeps an anachronistic piece of power around. While most repair facilities opt solely for a trackmobile these days, UTLX keeps a Plymouth 25 Tonner around as a back-up for theirs. Normally, this little critter sits parked in a corner just off the transfer table, but on this day, it was bumping around the yard, an image of a bygone time when small industrial locomotives were commonplace.
