On a sunny winter's morning, National Railways of Zimbabwe, 14A class Garratt #525 storms past the abandoned interlocking tower at Westgate as it heads the Mbalabala mixed train. Once the main control point for freight goods into Bulawayo City, Westgate Tower and the yard of the same name are victims of economics. Meanwhile, Garratt #525 steams on, working regular freight and excursion trains for NRZ into 2017.
