Remarks & Notes
One of the last two wigwag crossing signals on the Boston & Maine was located at Sanbornville, NH, on the Conway branch. On this summer day it was activated by train DO-1, the Dover-Ossipee (NH) gravel train, which was creeping north on the 10 mph branchline track behind a trio of GP9s.
