In the mid-afternoon, a Santa Fe 189 train rounds the curve at Glen Frazer that leads to tunnel 3, the longest on the entire Santa Fe system. In the lead is an SD40-2 still wearing the paint scheme of the failed SP-Santa Fe merger of the mid-1980s.
