The diesel service tracks in the former Southern Pacific, now Union Pacific Tucson yard, were almost always busy, and could be counted on to have just about any foreign locomotive during the heydays of pool power. With the summer monsoons producing thunderstorms to the east, four different paint schemes are seen at the fuel racks, all which were merged into the UP. Photo taken with permission.
