Remarks & Notes

A derailment occurred when eight car NICTD train 701 picked a switch at approximately 0500 hrs near the Carroll avenue station in Michigan City Indiana. Passengers had not yet boarded and thankfully there were no injuries. Photo taken by Jeff Stupar.
