| Conemaugh and Black Lick's Johnstown Bicentennial painted NW2 rolls through the former Bethlehem Steel car shop facility on its way to pick up a gondola loaded with scrap. At this point the plant has been closed and the tank cars are being stored on the property. Even the former Freight Car America office in the background is vacant, and the normally shuttered gate left open. A great many of the Bethlehem builders photos of new cars were taken along this stretch of trackage, just behind the photographer. |
