| A somewhat rare sight to see following last fall's schedule change that shifted the lower-level train to operating strictly between Los Angeles and San Diego, a full-length train of horizon cars capped off with the veterans cabbage unit looks sharp as it sits at the Santa Barbara depot. This train was operating as Amtrak 765, an extra train that made a round trip from LA-SBA-LA to assist in the massive increases in ridership during the mudslide closure of US 101. |
