Remarks & Notes

In January 1985, Ross Roland was running tests for his ACE 3000 project with C&O 4-8-4 #614 between Huntington, WV and Hinton, WV. The eastbound train had stopped here just west of Handley to check some equipment. The 614T crew is on the ground as the eastbound Cardinal comes flying by kicking up the snow.
