| The charter train from Germany over the Gotthard to the Ticino (Eisenbahn-Nostalgiefahrten Bebra e.V.) was split into 2 trains in Erstfeld. Former Deutsche Bahn express train steamlocomotive 01 # 202 of association "Pacific 01 202" at Lyss is pulling 9 cars on the 2.6 % grade of the Gotthard north ramp above Gurtnellen, leaving the Muhren tunnel. In the rear of the long train was Re 420 # 325 of SBB Cargo for heating and shoving if needed.
