Remarks & Notes
Following a congressional outing in Montpelier, Vermont, aboard a quartet of Vermont Rail System/Green Mountain Railroad passenger cars, the equipment is seen deadheading back toward Bellows Falls, Vermont, behind New England Central's Buffalo & Pittsburgh GP40 #3000, the Mortimer B. Fuller III. Passing the recently opened Chef Market, now residing in the re-purposed old Central Vermont depot in Randolph, Vermont, the train is southbound on the way toward Bethel and White River Junction, VT.
