| Last Light at Skyline Cut.... A coal train makes a dramatic last light appearance screaming upgrade at Skyline, Montana.
The dramatic rock outcroppings between Skyline Siding and Skyline Trestle have made this S-curve a favorite for rail photographers since the days of steam..... The heavy coal load has a total of 8 (3 head end x4 manned x1 DPU) big AC locomotives to move it up the steep 2.2% grade. |
