Enroute to the Western Maryland interchange at Spruce with coal empties for Harper Mine, Shay No. 11 eases by the Old Water Tank, climbing in elevation through dense fog and light rain in this spring view in the Appalachians. A Durbin & Greenbrier Valley Railroad event.
