The 87 leads the 4631, a brand new Amtrak Midwest Charger. This equipment was dropped off on the Southwest Chief so it can head up to TTCI in Pueblo, CO for testing. The Charger is brand new, having recently been built in Sacramento, CA and yet to run a revenue mile. Once it is delivered to its home in the Midwest, it is unlikely to see the Rail Runner or Santa Fe searchlight signal again.
