Cute, or ugly?

These 2 meter-gauge critters are operational. The #62 on the left was rebuilt in 1946 and the green #70 in 1948 from 2-6-0-Tank steam locomotives that had been built in 1891 by Fives-Lille and Cail. Under the frame, they look like 0-6-0 steamers with rods.
Would you say that they are cute, or ugly?
