| Clinging to the side of Cliff, the slow progress of a West Colton bound manifest can be seen climbing the grade of Tehachapi in the very early hours of a perfect spring morning. The UP train on this day is fully loaded, taking 6 big GE locomotives to bring it up over the summit. |
