Progress Rail 3066 sits in the rain at the Coastal Pines Technical College as thunderstorms surround the area. The locomotive was donated by Progress Rail Services and CSX for their Railroad Technology program. The SD40 is fully functional, giving students a unique opportunity for hands on training.
