Canadian National 802 was one of six 42" gauge EMD G8s built in 1956 for CN's Newfoundland narrow gauge lines. These 875hp units were usually found on the light-rail branch lines on the east end of the island. It posed outside the shop building in the provincial capitol, St. John's.
